At loanDepot, the men and women who protect our way of life through military service hold a special place in our hearts. Their individual sacrifices to keep our country safe are enormous, and we’re continuously looking for ways to honor their service.
While March Madness usually refers to men’s college basketball, at loanDepot it’s our CEO Anthony Hsieh’s travel schedule this month. Hsieh, who is highly committed to staying connected to employees at all levels of our company, is logging thousands of miles to share how loanDepot’s proprietary technology is transforming America’s lending landscape.
Reading is one of my many passions. In fact, I’ve read at least two books a month since I was 18 years old. Over the years, as I’ve become more and more involved in the machinations and intricacies of the business world, my appetite for books has become split ─ or rather, balanced ─ between reading for simple pleasure and reading to keep myself abreast of the latest that’s being written about, and for, the business community.
Fresh from his recent coast-to-coast CEO Connect tour, Chairman Anthony Hsieh gets back in the air for his upcoming keynote on Modern Lending: Today & Tomorrow at LendIt USA 2017 tomorrow in New York City. While logging thousands more air miles, Hsieh shared his near- and long-term vision for the company with more than 1,500 #TeamloanDepot associates during his seven city tour.
Being America’s Lender takes thousands of committed licensed lending officers, talent technology experts and, most of all, a dedicated and enthusiastic CEO like our Chairman and Founder, Anthony Hsieh. Logging hundreds of thousands of miles annually, Hsieh regularly travels to loanDepot’s campuses nationwide to meet with TeamloanDepot member teams to share his vision of modern lending and how we can better serve responsible borrowers in our great nation.
During a recent CEO Connect at our Tech campus, I talked about our upcoming multi-million dollar national ad campaign that will launch this spring. I was asked if we planned to make our commitment to ethics part of our brand messaging.
